How to install in Minecraft
- Launch Minecraft
- On the main menu, click "Options" > "Resource Packs"
- Move the file you downloaded in the first step to the newly opened "resourcepacks" folder.
- Click "Done".
- Click on "Resource Packs..." again.
- Your pack should have appeared in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
- Click "Done" again.
- The pack has now been successfully loaded and ready to be used in your world!
Can I get banned for using texture/resource packs?
No, you cannot get banned for using normal Minecraft texture packs. Texture packs are modifications to the game's visual and audio aspects, and they do not provide any unfair advantages or violate any of Minecraft's terms of service.
In fact, Minecraft has an active and supportive modding community, and there are many texture packs available for download that are created by players.
